(d) Questions

Home staging FAQs for Ontario sellers

How much does home staging cost?+

Pricing depends on the size of the home, whether it is vacant or occupied, and how much furniture and décor is required. We provide a written quote after a walkthrough or a review of photos and floor plans.

Should I stage an occupied property?+

Often yes. Occupied staging uses your existing furniture where possible, edits what is in the room, and adds selected pieces so the space photographs and shows well.

When should staging happen?+

Ideally after repairs, painting and cleaning are complete, and before listing photography. We coordinate around your photographer's schedule.

How long does staging remain in a property?+

Staging packages are typically arranged for an initial listing period and extended by agreement if the property is still on the market.
